| Metal Fume Fabrication - Dorkstar tribute MRC
I, like many others, really liked the looks of Ryan's Dorkstar that he runs (ran) on his 2.2 and super. A while back I had asked Ryan if it was ok if I made a copy for my 2.2 and he said go for it. That one turned out well (I think!), and when I got my MRC, it got the wheels turning again. So, here it is, the mini Dork Sorry for the dark pics, will need to snap some more tonight. This frame is really small. Cramming all the electronics in there is going to be a challenge, but doable! Having built 3 different style tubers for the MRC now, I think the skunk is the most MRC friendly. I also realized I still can't paint lexan worth a damn |

| Thanks. The MRC is a great rig even without a tuber on it. I personally don't care for the stock body, but it's a hell of a lot of fun to run around the house, etc. Thanks guys! Thanks Ryan. I still have a few assorted decals from the sheets I bought from you previously. Need to dig through and see what I can find. This thing is tiny though, I might need you to cut some custom ones for me |

That's a really cool looking frame. It makes me think of a hearse for some reason!

Some clearer pics, showing off my crap paint job on the panels Electronics fit in there, but it's a tight squeeze (they're not actually mounted, just resting). Battery would definitely have to be relocated, typical for the MRC tubers. |
