| Castle Creations BEC question?
The mini green machine needs more power in the steering. I just picked up a CC BEC. I understand that this unit is programable via the CC patch wire. Does anyone know what this unit is pre-set at if I do not wish to reprogram. I am installing this unit so that I don't destroy the stock ESC with an aftermarket servo that apparently sucks too much power and blows up the stock Losi ESCs. Can I install this CC BEC without reprograming it and will it work with the stock Losi ESC and an aftermarket servo? |

Out of the box they come set to 5.1v. It will work but you may as well crank it up to 6v. |

| X2 THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID WITH CC BEC AND A 645 MG. WORKS PERFECT. I ALSO HAVE THE SAME SETUP ON MY 2.2 3 MONTHS WITH NO ISSUES.

This is great to hear guys, I was dreading having to buy a Tekin FX just to get my mini to run with a more powerful servo. This Castle Creation BEC is going to be a great fix and it was only $20 at my local shop. Any other info on peoples' success with this setup or any helpful details of their experience could be helpful. |

I would definately reprogram it to 6volts to get more out of that 645mg. trust me it can use more voltage! |
