4WS is what I did, although if you plan to run comps its a no-no.

I drilled an AX10 servo mount plate and slapped a hobbico CS170 on there with a CC BEC. 333 in/oz will get it done but the servo is overvolted to 7v as well so it's probably closer to 400oz/in

Looks like the front does.

http://www.horizonhobby.com/Products...rodID=LOSB1421 <--I actually just modded some other servo mount uprights I already had.

Those parts, plus a 2nd servo, servo saver or arm, and either a 3ch radio or a reversing "Y" harness to reverse the rear servo.

Default more info on setups

Following the orig thread...

I used an axial servo plate and drilled one hole in front center and then the right stock hole that is in the axial servo plate I was able to just tap into the orig plastic one and make my 2 mounting points..

KEY WORD Im trying to use an Hitec 645... I installed it with no issues..

BUT my issue is that when I turn left to right or right to left... MY steering will not come back to center.. now this is with my rig in the air for testing purposes....

I am using stock arms and stock horns and or servo saver...

Someone who reads this has to have an idea on what I can do to fix my issue..

Thanks
J

Buy a second MRC and pull everything off the front and mount it on the back. Then you have plenty of spare parts for anything else. Oh, and a servo reverser.

A longer servo horn will increase the throw ratio to the wheels.

I thought about doing that. I don't plan on comping and this thing needs as much room as my S-10 to turn around! Did you use a Losi servo or something else?

Cant really increase angle? the stock servo will move the wheels lock to lock, not sure waht's holding back the steering from going anymore-havent had enough time to look and tweak it,but with the servo disconnected the wheels still have the same radius

Grinding on the front of the inner knuckles will help. Keep in mind though that the shafts may not like the extra angle. I haven't tested them to see what they'll put up with but you may end up having to grind the cups as well.

no new axle the front and rear axle are the same.
just buy the parts and put them on.
Hint, Take the rubber o-ring out of the rear

I have 4ws and IMO it is pointless if you can't control it independently.
ie 3rd channel
