is bending the stock links on my mrc worth doing or dose any one make a set yet

hot racing will have a set out soon. check out reign products in the vendor section they are making a nice replacement . i believe keatwo said something about bent links in his thread.

I use 3/16 auto brake line with 3mm all tread inside then bent them together and used the stock end links . They work great just an idea for you to try only cost me about 5 bucks

Don't bend the stockers. It will shorten them up and mess with the geometry of the suspension and cause excessive upward pinion angle.

HR IS coming out with a 30 degree bent set. To answer the original question, they are bent to create more ground clearence. You can correct your pinion angle by adjusting the 3 link. |
