Default Droop Suspension 101

I tried the search here and found nothing. I was wondering if anyone can give me a lesson on droop suspension setups for dummys. How is this accomplished? Also what are the pro/cons of this kind of setup?

Make sure you expand the dates you are searching. I kept coming up with nothing in my searches, and I realized what I was looking for was more than a month old.

I'm also curious about droop, but more specifically I'm interested in hearing from people running the stock length MRC shocks drooped and what internal springs and oil people have had good luck with.

Also, quite a ways off topic, but I find that for almost any forum or website I've ever used, including this one, the "Search Site" function on my add-on "Google Toolbar" does a superb job finding things that other searches miss. It's just that what I want to know isn't always there
