Default Some Aluminum goodies and other stuff for your Losi MRC

Hey guys more pimping of the Losi parts. All the aluminum parts are very close to production and should be shipping to dealers by the 2nd week of Dec....yes I've hurt myself with some dates in the past, but feeling really good about these. Batteries are not my project so i can't be positive on the ship date.

All the Aluminum parts are anodized a dark gun metal gray color.

LOSB1423 Aluminum 1 Pc Rear Lock out hubs. Note that the lower mounting screw holes are counter sunk for better clearance.

LOSB1416 30 Degree High Clearance Lower Links

LOSB1411 Aluminum Spindle Set
(yes they fit either plastic or Aluminum Carriers ;) )

LOSB1412 Aluminum Front Carrier Set (These also fit correctly) Note that the lower holes will have countersunk screws for better ground clearance.

LOSB1402 Lower Skid Plate

LOSB1424 Axle, Stainless Steel (1pc Hub set)
. These are the exact and direct replacement axles for the 1pc lock outs.

LOSB9831 7.4V 600mAh 2S2P 20C Lipo This works with the LOSB1420 Graphite Servo/Battery Tray.

LOSB9631 7.4V 600mAh Lipo/Charger Combo (Again designed to work with the LOSB1420)

Thanks again all for the support,
Rich

Great to see Losi making their own aluminum parts. I have read posts from others who had ordered aluminum c's and knuckles from other companies only to find out that they had to be "modified" to work correctly. I want those bent links. I will be adding those to my Christmas list

Are the bent links going to be sold as a set of 2 or 4 under that part number?

Sold as pictured, 2 per package.
Shocks are looking like the first week of December.

Do you have a release date for this stuff. Tons of great stuff coming out and I would rather stick with the real Losi upgrades.

Nice!!! This is exactly what I've been waiting for, some good genuine Losi upgrades.

Got the wheels and lockers this week and they look sick!!! I didn't think being broke would be this much fun.
Thanks Losi

Haha being an engineer I am very used to giving due dates against my will.

The counterbored holes on the rear axle locksout is a great idea.

The bent links are cool too. I just wish they were offered in other colors. Is that in the future?

I just might have to try Lipo for the first time with the crawler. I don't have a charger, though and I'm not willing to wait as long as a wall charger takes.

Any chance Losi is going to offer a 4-link setup to get rid of the upper plastic link?

Those are all great parts and I'm sure I'll be ordering a few of them.
What size is the Lipo?

More importantly ...
Do you intend to make some CVDs for the front? Seeing as how I can't run a dig for competitions I'd really love to have a better turing radius.

I don't even run comps (not that a certain local group feels recognizing the 1.9 class is necessary anyway :-( ) and I'd like the thing to turn tighter. I don't want to go 4ws just because I might someday get a wild hair and want to compete.

CV's are on the way, we should have info on line in the next week. Otherwise i don't have a part number or price that I can post. If you're a dealer, don't bother calling HH, they do not have the info just yet.

Thanks again,
Rich

I guess I can stop trying to figure out how to modify some other ones to wedge in there.

Rich,
Do the Straight Axles (Losb1424) work with the stock plastic rear hubs?
Do you guys have a part # on the CV's yet?

Thanks

These parts are awesome and I want them all, but I wish they'd come in different colors. Offering blue, red, and black would be nice. That way they'd match the stock wheels and bodies.

Are there any plans for an upgrade for the driveshaft/u-joint? Seems to be the next weak link.
