| Removing tiny Philips Heads
My mistake not Philips heads. I found an allen wrench that worked.

My servo mount & trany is held on with a flat socket head I use a 1.5mm wrench on those. If yours do take a philips, the phillips I use is for tiny screws is a "00" size |

| The problem you're having is that those aren't phillips heads. If you haven't striped them too badly, the 1.5mm hex driver should still put them back in.
