Default Losi Mrc Servo

Hello, this is my second post on here. I bought a Hitech HS-225MG servo but the teeth do not match the steering rod teeth. Any help or a different servo suggestions will be much appreciated.
Thanks,
PiLot

I'm running one but just using a Hitec specific servo horn. Mine is a Dynamite DYN2561

When I was running the 225mg, I ran the red servo horn that came with it, cut down.(cut 3 af the arms off) and ran the stock ballstud on the front, with a nut on the back. Make sure you turn the throw down on the radio, or else youll overheat and kill the servo! Good Luck!

I have the same servo horn and a 225mg servo(not installed yet). Are you using the stock steering links?

Yup, same plastic Losi links it comes with. I did grind a little off the servo arm for my setup. Mine is on a hand made servo plate though, so I'm not sure if you would have to grind any off if you use the stock one.

Thanks, after reading your post redmike, I rounded up my box-o-parts and checked the clearence of the servo arm. I will prolly have to grind a little away to get it to fit. Should be no problem.

I didn't grind mine. It may rub a fraction of a hair, but nothing that will affect the servo.
