Default "Pimp post" LOSI Front CV's Shipping for the Mini Rock Crawler

Hi All,
Just wanted to give a heads up that the MRC CV's are in stock and shipping. They are more effecient and offer more overall steering. So far they have held up pretty good in testing from our team guys.
Thanks for the support (and no I don't get a cut if you're thinking that LOL)

I've been running mine for about two months with no sign of wear at all. They really do add more steering if you cut a little off the knuckle and "C".

Keeping the dog bone from coming out of the cup is the limiting the steering with the stock stuff, since the cv is captured, you can increase the steering angle to the point just before the cv will bind, make sense?

I haven't broken anything in my stock front end yet. I installed the CV's about a month ago and love them.

Rich - parts look great; do you know if this solves the yoke-pin problem some have had? I have had 2 yoke pins fail (fall out), even w/ glue. I'm ready to upgrade and was thinking of some aftermarket parts, but this kit looks nice. Thanks for your help!

Sorry for my ignorance, but how does a set of these CV's improve steering? The drive shaft is locked into the pumpkin of the front/rear axle - just don't see how this would affect steering at all. I know I'm wrong just need some help. Thanks!

PS: This CV kit work w/ a rear steer kit? If so, I would need (2) CV kits, if I'm correct - will be running (2) front axles.

Which yoke pins are you refering to? I haven't seen the pins coming out of the front axles, but if that is happening please send me some pics of the problem. The CV's will take care of that.
If it is the drive shaft yokes, I have seen the pins work themselves loose. Either way let me know and I'll try to help out as much as possible.

Basically the CV kit has more steering throw left to right allowing for a tighter turning radius.

If you were to to convert the rear to have steering, then yes the CV kit will work and you will need 2 sets.
