Mine does that sometimes, Its like the motor has a dead spot and wont move, I have to spin the wheels and then it works again, It usually happens when I first start crawling and doesent happen again once it gets warmed up.

You could also check your esc with a multimeter to make sure that it is putting out power to the motor if that doesent help you.

This sounds like worn brushes, or a hanging brush.

Richard, it does sound like a lost bind. I've seen it with other DSM cars. Try binding it again. My mini had hanging brushes but the leds didn't error out.

If you need a stock esc for the weekend let me know, I'll bring it to Redwood City, maybe even Hobbytown for Wednesday night.

You have the Torquemaster mini which I have found to be finicky with the brushes. Take it out and flush the hell out of it with motor cleaner. even if this isn't the problem it's still a good thing to do.
