Hey guys just got mrc 2day anything i should look out for as far as problems and whatnot also anything i should to prevent said problems thanx i cant wait to take this thing out

Replace front and rear lockers with either the hot racing ones or rcbros to get rid of all the plastic in the axle diffs. Might get a metal center diff, the stock one lasts pretty long so it can wait. Mount everything as low as you can, add weight to the wheels. Lower it and limit the articulation.

I cant believe no-one has mentioned this yet.

Shock Oil. Immediatly. It only cost about 3-4 dollars a bottle, and is extremly easy to change. (there are even instuctions in the owner manual)

I would recommend at least 50wt, tho some like it stonger (i.e. 60-70-80) and some like it weaker (i.e. 45-40-35)

Its all a prefrence thing, and its so cheap and easy to do, you can try mutliple weights for very little cost.
