if you are using CVDs a wider offset would be a must because you will get more steering from cvd therefor your tires might rub the lower links and the shocks.

I use the Hot racing wider hex (2mm thicker that stock I think) with CVDs, zero ackerman and flat irons they rubbed really bad. I bought the hot racing bent links, which I installed on a slight angle, and dark soul inboard shock mount and get almost 45 dergrees and my tires JUST clear the lower links.

sorry, didn't mean to get off on the steering thing.....

hope this helps

I say Stock Offset.

Im Running the HR wide hexes with the Dark Soul inboard shocks and the Dark Soul OMF MRC Comp offset wheels (Which are stock offset) and I dont hit any links or shocks and have tons of steering. Plus narrower makes it easier to clear gates cleanly

X2 but my tires are rock stompers. Roughly same size as bulldogs flat irons.

I have a few sets of Mayhem MRC CDP's and the HR hexes and it works perfect. I am about to do up some panthers cut and shut to go with the new set.

I forgot to mention I too am running CVD's plus I clearanced the back of the knuckles and at full steer the knuckles hit the axle housings. I think that is about all the steering you can get out of these little things.

What about a wheel with 0 offset ... It would make you a little wider but would solve the steering issue and you would not have to use the hex spacers

Zero would be good. The titus are neg offset so they actually narrow the truck. I think perfect track is 7 and a quartr.
