Question Chassis help

Will I be able to fit a tamiya jeep wrangler body on the losi mini crawler with the tcs l-trail chassis if the wheel base is extended all the way(10.5 inches)? Will I need to get new drive shafts to fit the wheel base or will the stock ones work?

Sounds like an experiment you will have to try and let everyone know what ya did. I dunno if I would turn the MRC into a scale rig. I started with an Axial to make my scaler. the MRC is considered a mini and its a 1/18 as were the Axial is a 1/10. Just buy the Bronco Body style for the MRC and slam it. Looks very cool!

The mini work good as a 1.9 scaler. The stock Tamiya Wrangler body will work. You will just have to find a way to mount the body. The axles should be a good fit for that body. I don't remember to exact track witdh for the CC01 but I have test fitted a New Bright FJ Cruiser body (that fits the track width of the CC01 perfect) on the MRC Axles and it was spot on.

the mrc makes a good scale rig, but you would need to extend your drive lines.

ahh I didn't see in your post you already got tcs chassis for it, should be cool looking. I got the tcs for the axial. looked nice with the landcruiser hard body on it.
