| What Shocks ??
Hey all, I just ordered Proline Titus 1.9 wheels with the Flatirons. I'm rolling the Mixer chassy. Wondering what shocks you guys think I should get, and where to buy them. Thanks !! |

iŽm waiting my chasis, (this week arrive, i hope), iŽve got the flat iron whith axial 1,9 beadlocks and HR aluminium losi shocks. iŽll tell you. But i ask to rcbross, about that, and he told me better thin shocks. like stock, losi aluminiun upgrade, or HR. with this tires, surely youŽll need wideners, for not to rubing the body. |

I run the threaded aluminum Losi shocks. Many people complain about them leaking, but I just used some teflon tape top and bottom and they have been great for months.

I also use the aluminum Losi shocks. No leaks no problems. Get something thin, you will have clearance problems with other shocks. I'm already having clearance problems with the Losi.

if you choose the losi shocks make sure you add teflon or a dab of silicone to the shock caps or they will leak and ruin your rod ends

I run the RC bros ones, so far they are great no leaks. They do not run springs on them but they rebound great with them full of shock oil.

If you run the RcBro's shocks like I do then be prepared for them to be effen huge. They are great, and once I got mine to stop leaking (I seem to be the only person to ever have this problem) they are probably the best shock I have ever used. But, they are rather large, which can lead to some carefull thought about mounting, and even a few compromises... but, man are they worth it. |

We do have replacement springs available for our shocks with 3 different rates perfect for the weight of the MRC
