| MRC motor size and suggestions
So here's the scoop. I need to order some pede shafts for my axial from Stormer Hobbies and I'm under the $10 minimum. So I figure I'll pick up a faster motor for the L-Trail I built my girlfriend. Problem is that I don't know what will fit/work. So here's the criteria. It needs to be sold by Stormer Hobbies, be relatvely cheap, be faster than stock, and get good run time with stock electronics and gearing. What do you guys suggest? |

The only one I saw that is basicaly a direct replacement is the novak 380 brushless system but that is far from relatively cheep other than that I know the mrc and the losi mini-t share the same motor plate and from there you could try anything that is for 1/18th scale but mods and gearing are defanite. Buy one try it let us know.

I ran this motor on my MRC and still do I use a 12 tooth pinon and it has crazy wheel speed and great torque. but it cost more than the losi slider and tons of guys have run the losi slider with great luck and they also use it for comp so muddin will be a breeze https://www.ssl-stormerhobbies.com/c...pl?pn=LOSB0837 |
