Check your connections from the ESC to the motor. But honestly it sounds like you smoked your ESC.

Does the motor still run??

If so your slipper may need to be adjusted. Also you will want to get metal diff locks as the plastic ones will strip out quickly and add a metal locked center spool as the plastic one will also strip out soon enough.

The next part in line to strip out from high torque will be the drive shafts. MIP makes a replacement that won't break.

Check the brushes on the motor. If the springs aren't holding them tight against the comm the motor will not run. One of the springs could have popped off. It happens with brushed motors from time to time.

plug the motor directly to your
battery..........if it turns, guess what.........not the motor. Like said before, check slipper clutch for tightness , if its tight then it may be the esc....Ive had to get into a couple of these because my son would sometimes use a little too much force pulling the battery off...........check for loose wires bad solders or anything of the sort.......or duh recharge battery cuz yes we all still do that
