Default Losi Slider motors

I have heard that people are using the Losi Slider motor in the MRC's for improved wheel speed. my question is, is the motor from the big slider or the mini slider?

I put a mini slider motor in mine and did not like it. the wheel speed is sick, you will have to de-tune it to get some torque out of it. It also seemed to get a bit warm.

3racing makes numerous heat sinks fo 1/18 scale motors
some even w/ a fan.
the fan will drop run time a little bit but i think its a small price to pay for a cooler motor and not to mention a little bling is always nice
