Before i answer I'm going to let you in on the biggest secret RCC has. It is "search forum" It is a drop down tab on the very top right hand side of the forum you are in. Just type in what your looking for and your questions will be answered.

If you are asking about the offset compared to the Losi stock rims they are narrower but if you run a traxxas rustler hex which is wider it will put you right were you need to be.

i have a set in the front with stocks in the back (im poor lol) and I never noticed a difference :P i'll look now though haha. i really like them though. they look awesome with losi claws on there and my mini grappler body. I did have drill two holes in each wheels cause they're not vented out of the box.....was really easy.

finishline...I'm assuming it's the rear hexs from the Rustler. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the front and rear hex hubs different size on the Rustler with the fronts being thinner?

If your CG is low enough just run them with the stock hexes. I run mine with them and mine sidehills like a champ and is a bit narrower than stock, making it that much easier to get through gates and tight places. IMO. I like my rig to be a bit narrower.

Its nice to have it a litter wider in the front for more sidehill stability and narower in the back to get through tight gates and around tight corners. The best of both worlds

i believe he posted that because you only mentioned and asked about Axial rims, not specificaly asking to compare them to Losi offset you will find out that some guys on this site are a little different
