VERY nice! Did the DS rear links bolt right up to the RCBros plate, or did you have to modify?

x'2 It's a little exposed out there also and you just widened you chassis. This may hurt you in those tight squeeze situations.

I am running Panther Cobras that have been narrowed and sectioned to fir 1.9 wheels. The only tranny work I did was metal lockers.

I like the Lipo on the side of the chassis. I used to have it mounted to the rear 4 link plate but I didn't like the extra weight back there. With the Lipo on the opposite side of the motor the rig feels very balanced.

Cool.... I cut down a DNA chassis to make the engine hang off like that. But I put my lipo on the front axle to keep weight down low and up front. You tried anything like that?

The extra width with the Lipo on the side is a bit of a concern. I just need to do some more comps to determine if I need to relocate it. As of right now I will say that my crappy driving will hurt me worse than my Lipo mounting location.

I thought about putting the Lipo up front but I like the body to sit low. I may look into a smaller Lipo than I can mount on the front upper links.

Thanks for the comment! The DarkSoul links mounted up the RCBros rear plate with no problems.

Thanks Shadow. The tires are actually just a little taller than claws. Since the pic's I have changed shock oil down from 70 to 35. Thats all its got for unforced flex. Its actually not too bad as it is fairly predictable.

Thanks Mr. Ed. Don't worry about comping against me as I am in Canada..........and not a great driver...yet.

I am using a couple of Losi lipo's - a 1000Mah and a 1350 Mah - both 2 cells.

Hope this shot helps for the lipo mounting. I just cut a piece of lexan and zip-tied it to the side of the chassis opposite of the motor.

Thanks Scott. It was great to meet you and see your LCC in action. Sorry to hear about your second round carnage.........damn CVD's.

I tore my truck apart tonight and found some tranny gears missing a hand full of teeth. But a trip to PM and its ready to fight again.
