Default bent tvp

my tvps are bent like crazy ill try to get some pics up but has any one else had this happen....i dont have chasiies braces

Ya, this happened to me and then I put some chassis braces to make it stronger and less flex and it worked

Not having chassis support is the problem.

There are alot of methods to getting them straight again.
I would put it in a vice, if you have one. You could also lay it on somthing hard and use the old school method (hit it with a hammer).

Once you have them straight, be sure to shore up the weakness with some braces, you can use some 4-40ss allthread and nuts to make your own.

If ya have to, cut down some Bic pens and use your longest screws you have that'll fit the TVP's holes. Secure the screws. The pen will act as a brace, and if you can get each of the pen's holes over each screw (be creative), it shouldn't slide out.

well wut i belive im going 2 do is get the mixer and ust use it a put the stocked away prably fixe em up before i do so

we cant just go out and buy something new everytime we break something...:-P

Well I do not have a wife and I work for the Crawler store so replacement parts are cheap besides there are too many goodies out there I want
