Default Who has burned out the stock motor by flipping the tranny?

I can't seem to get a straight answer on the stock motor timing. I am curious to hear how the stock motor is holding up when running in reverse on a flipped tranny. I would like to hear from the people that has done this mod and ran the heck out of there stock motor being reversed. Thanks

It is set at 0 degrees. It does not matter if your tranny is forward or backwards. You could check the OTHER thread too.

Negative ghost rider, the stock motor is running advanced...

However, its not a problem... you'll never run it long enough, or fast enough to matter

Really? I guess that makes since though. I always adjust my esc to it, thats probably why. I don't have any trouble running my tranny reversed though.

The stock motor is not adjustable.

Without modifying the can you can't turn it either direction

if you plug the red motor wire to the black esc wire and the black motor wire to the red ecs wire, you dont have to run anything reversed, mines been like that for 2 years and its fine
