When you flipped it in the puddle, did the ESC get wet?

Hummm....you might check the ESC and make sure that it has not gotten wet.

BTW, what do you mean "all of the wires are not connected"?? Which wires?

Ahh...ok. Well, if everything is properly connected and you havent made any changes lately, then you should, at the very least, have servo control. I'd guess that either your Rx or ESC is wet. Pop the cases open and let them dry...

Glad you got it figured out. That is strange....I have quite a few Spektrum Rxs on different vehicles and I've never had to rebind them unless I changed something on the radio...

I know you got it fixed but if sombody else has a problem and comes across this thread. I just had a problem where I couldn't get mine to turn on, here the wires both broke off for the switch on the esc. I ended up bypassing the switch for now until I get a hold of some nice wire and a better switch. Losi uses some cheap stiff wires.

I had the problem with mine. Losi is sending me new parts since I only got to run it for a few minutes. I think it was the reciever because the ESC light remains on, but the receiver doesn't light up at all.

If you have to keep re-binding, start by changing the Tx batteries for sure. The AAs that came with my kit croaked after just a few minutes. The ESC light came on, but the Rx LED just flickered dimly when this happened, BTW. No more trouble after replacing the batteries!
