Default My 2010 Comp GC3 Build

Its time to revamp my 1.9 comp truck.

GC3 Chassis
Delrin lower links from a previous build
Vanquish LH Pro Comp 1.9 wheels
HB Rover 1.9's
Nova 1.9 foams
Tekin FXR ESC
Holmes Hobbies Torque Master Mini
Hitec 645 steering servo

The GC3 chassis kit is about as complete as you can get. It includes all the necessary hardware to upgrade your Losi MRC to a true comp worthy truck. The included instructions were nice as well. I would recommend this chassis to anyone looking for a serious 1.9 comp chassis.

On to the pics.
The parts:

Instructions

Nova foams on the left, HB Rover 1.9 foams on the right.

The Chassis together, it went together so quick.

Roller:

More to come.

Finally got some time to figure out how and where to mount the electronics. I made some trays for the upper links out of lexan and used velcro to hold the battery and receiver in place. I used servo tape to hold the FXR in between the chassis plates. It all fits well. I hope to get some time with it this weekend if the snow melts off the rocks. On to some pics.

Really nice. I am seriously considering getting this kit. Where did you get your lower links from?

I believe they are from RCBros. They fit with no issues so far. I have not had it out yet but I have twisted it up and there are no clearance issues.

Great looking build ! The box and directions look very nice , kind of makes me wish I had gotten them as well.Did you reuse the Losi fasteners on the lower shock mounts?

Yes I did, I am trying to find some M2x20's to mount the shocks to the outside so the upper links dont it the springs when flexing.
