Have you ever thought about checking what your battery voltage peaks at? You have to be doing something wrong. Have you taken apart the axles? Checked to make sure everything is spinning 100% smooth without the motor connected? Do you check temps when you running? Or just keep throwing money at ESC's....your choice |

I fried an ESC a few days after I got my MRC, but I'm pretty sure that overheating/overworking the stock steering servo had something to do with it (they cooked at the same time). Sonn after I replaced them, I went with a fullsize servo and haven't had a problem since.

when I was 16 we had 1 cop.we had offcampus luch. there was a huge field between the school parking lot and 289 during dove season if they were fling, most of us[including the priciple at times] would be hunting. we all had guns in our trucks.ect.hell I use to run traps in the creek there on 289 next to the school. check my traps before school, during lunch and after school. then the rich folks started moving in. next thing you know,I;m getting a ticket cuz some As@ hole doesnt like the looks of my parts truckyou move out here in the sticks and want me to change? so now I'm in a little town over by lake whitney. I remember when 289 in frisco had 1 red light. and from 289 to 35 on 121 only had a hand full of lights. now its just a bunch of rich folks. no room for a hick like me.they can have it. | |

alot of people do run and like I must add the mongoose system. I have used one and its a great setup. you really cant go wrong, but the wires:?man its like a little rats nest. but if you tuck and tie,you can clean it up real nice like. I know you can get a used mongoose system for $125 with a bec so its not cheap, but its not bad at all for what you get. |

ask some oldtimers about honey creek. its between celina and gunter to the east of 289. also look behind the brookshires in celina, they used to have a fair amount of rock piled up around a drainage area as I remember. and go to mckinney creative customs I think? they build 1:1 rigs, they are into tubers, they should have the scoop on where to crawl in your imediate area.
