Default Do I really have to buy new set of Vendetta shocks for a 2 cent part?

So I was building my new Vendetta ST shocks today and got to step 2 where I put the O rings & plastic spacers in the bottom of the shock held in by a hexagon shaped retainer clip/spring. Well as I was trying to put pop in the clip/spring it shot off like a rocket. 45 minutes later I give up looking and went online to find a shock rebuilding kit, but cant find any.

Does anyone know if these can be replaced without having to buy new shocks? Appreciate the help.

I had the same thing happen...they're a bi$@h aren't they Someone told me to build the shocks in a clear plastic bag and that trick saved me from losing them again. They should sell 100 packs of those stupid spring clips

That's an understatement! But the shocks are well worth the hassle!

I hope they are worth the hassle in the end. Getting that little spring/clip in is a PAIN. Any tips for getting it popped in are appreciated.

They are definately a pain. I've built more of these shocks than I can count and I still zing one across the room now and then.
These clips will be available seperately soon.
Send me your shipping address and I will get a couple out to you.
Thanks
J
