what size is the pinion shaft? how many turns? i have been searching with google and this forum for the past week or so and cant seem to find it, maybe im just not using hte right search terms.. THanks, Rob |

I dont know for certain about the number of turns but I think that I read somewhere on here its about 40 turns for the stock motor. The output shaft is 2mm, the stock pinoin I think is 14t but im not at home to check that one. 2mm bore pinions will fit nice n snug on the shaft, I found that RR pinoins are very short in the teeth and narrow and therefore dont fill the full width of the spur gears teeth. |

I'm not too sure about how many turns, but I can tell you the stock motor has a 2mm pinion shaft. EDIT:I got beat to the punch! |

and the can size is 380? THanks for the quick responses.. i'm going to order a Venom Fireball 370p, i just want to make sure it'll fit correctly.. i just want a bit more power/wheel speed, eventually i'll get a HH MTM 33t, sidewinder micro, and CC BEC...but for $8 i think i'll give it a try..
