This might be a noob question but I just got my first rc today and I want to remove my shocks to put in other ones. I dont want to break anything, and I have tried searching but I guess this is too simple of a quetion. Please be detailed as I know very little about this.. so how do you remove the shocks on a losi mrc?

Best advice,do it over a towel. if you do it over a table, you will drop washer, bolts, nuts, ect and they will bounce off.if you drop them on a towel they tend to stay put.

Basically you will have to remove the body and all4 the wheels 1st.
Then you want to do one side at a time IMO
so do say the drivers side 1st.

remove the screw that holds them at the axle,I have no idea what the size of the hex is,but its small.

then remove the screw at top now,the shock is removed, reverse order for installing the new shock.

do one shock at a time, take your time,if you get frustrated take a break for a while and hit it again later.

just to add, be aware the shock's top hole only fits over the ball mount one way (one side is slightly smaller than the other).

If you try refitting the shock over the ball mount using the wrong side of the hole . . . it breaks the top hole (ouch).
