Default Is my speed control bad?

I was out playing with my crawler when it flipped in some pretty deep water. When I picked it up it had green and red lights flashing inside and my crawler wouldn't go. Does this mean the esc is bad?

open it up, take it all apart, let it dry and hope you get lucky, if it didnt soak in the water you may be able to salvage it.
