| TX/RX anyone use this one?
Hey All, Just starting to think about ordering a MRC pro roller. I am narrowing down what I need. I have some batts. from previous RC fun. Been looking at a few motor/esc combos. I don't really want to spend a ton on a TX/RX combo. Does anyone have experience with the FS-GT3B? See link below. Thank you in advance. FlySky FS-GT3B Digital 3ch 2.4ghz TX & RX LCD Transmitter & Receiver |

Friend of mine had one and let me try it out. I was impressed enough to buy one, but haven't used it yet. Can't beat them for the money.

Two guys in our club have been running that rx/tx combo....and both have had nothing but good to say about it. And for the price....why not.

I was using one for my mrc but to be honest the dead band on the radio is rather large. I could not get comfortable with it and switched as the twitchy nature of these little cars. I will also say that the radio has a slower frame rate than some of the 2.4 systems. That will impact the use with high speed vehicles. That being said this is a GREAT radio for the money and on an mrc you really don't need to flash it. |

I bought one of these to use with a few different trucks including my MRC Pro. It has a ton of features even before hacking/modding them. They use eight AA batteries, but I don't find it to be a hassle. The standard features are similar to those of higher end models such as adjustable end-points, servo reversing, model memory, voltage display, exp setting, abs setting, ect. I would highly recommend one.

Thanks everyone. It seems like the right radio for me. Based on your input and other reviews I have come across it appears to be a no brainer.
