Are you going to have the chassis topper seperatly? and will it bolt on to the stock carbon chassis?

Then you wouldn't have a "hood"

The topper will not be available separately. It won't bolt up and it will not meet bodiless spec requirements without the lower section.

I'll have my thread started soon. I can tell you...this chassis KILLS it!!! It has made me excited about the 1.9 class again. We have our 2nd season opener this Saturday so after that...I'll get my build thread pics together.

Thanks for the hook up Marc.

and do you think i could run the gc-3 skid with it as well?

I have never had a gc3 in hand nor never seen one in person so I'm not sure it's link geometry. I'm going to guess the skid won't work. Our chassis includes a skid though.

Looks killer guys. I know paystin built one of these up and will be running it at our WestCoast comp this weekend. Not sure if he did a build thread on it yet or not. Im sure he is going to be hard to beat.

Thanks for the kind words....I know there are quite a few of these minis out there so we should see some builds soon.

This chassis is designed to virtually use no brain power. Just unbolt your Losi Pro and bolt on the Chaotic Pro bodiless and you should be ready to compete.

I do have mine built and for the limited (one battery pack) of time I have driven it, it is awesome.

i know it will come with a skid but what i like about the gc-3 one is its slightly narrower and getts the links closer together

Been running mine a bit and had a question.

I've got some binding on my springs at the front with full lock, have you been using any widening solution to add clearance? I'm using Losi aluminum hubs which look a mm or so thinner than standard.

Do you have a pic?
I'm sure we can figure it out once we can see your issue.
