Default digital or analog servo

Was wondering if I can use a digital servo with stock electronics? Or what are my options for the situation?

i dont know if its ok or not, but ive used the 645mg without any issues for a while on the stock electronics till i upgraded. Nothing blew up, but good question, id like to know a definite answer aswell. i plan on powering servo from the power from the esc along with a couple other things on a teensy board. Hopefully you get a better answer so i can benefit aswell

I've already wired the servo direct to the battery with a bec. I think the 645mg is a analog servo.

Understanding RC Servos – Digital, Analog, Coreless, Brushless

This link has the answers I was looking for.

Basically both servos work the same and have the same components with the exception of the digital using a micro processor that sends the info from the rx to the servo. This allows the servo to respond faster and hold longer. The only drawback is faster battery consumption due to the servo using longer higher pulses.

So off to pick a digital servo tq monster!
