I bought the bronco body and mesure the wheelbase and the width to make the conversion, i use some low profile rims to make them fit inside the body.

Desambling it...

Mark a piece of aluminum to make the longer chassis for the bronco.

Cutting the new chassis

and later...

you have to go backward here.

Start with the body you want, it will gives you the wheelbase and the width of it.

Then start figure how to fit your mrc to the body.

In my case i look for the bronco body as you see and make my oun chassis, modify the read driveshaft and for the width you can pick a spacer that gives the width you want (mine 15mm from ebay).

This is a Tamiya bronco body 1/10, itīs made for the cr-01 chassis. they made it with a really nice finish and details, i donīt think you have to look for a plastic model for this one.

The lexan body of Tamiya is fully detailed, with plastic crome front grill, decals fit nicelly and have the same line as the original 1:1
