Default just moved to NOLA

hey guys i just moved to the new orleans area and was wondering what kind of local scenes are around town such as shops, crawl or bash spots, clubs, tracks, and etc.

im from baton rouge, but my boss deals with a hoby shop down there for his trains. Mikes Train shop? its something like that, its off of williams blvd in kenner if i recall what he said right. south of the interstate.. There is also a place in slidel called agressive hobby?, or something similar with the first name if i remember right on that one too, but i coudl be way off on that one. Also have one in springfield, one in walker, and one here in br, but the last three might be a bit of a drive for ya.

From what ive heard from another guy, there maybe another one in the NO area, but he didnt give high ratings for the guy that ran it...

Sorry i cant be more helpfull, i dont get down that way much...

I ran across a shop on ebay that is based out of New Orleans. His prices seemed to be really good on ebay, not sure if they're the same deals in the store or not. I'll find the name in a little while and post it here.

Gonzales here and I have a small rock pile and and always under construction slash track and any of the ARKLAMISS boys can come play!!!!

thanks guys for the response. i found one decent shop so far call Hobby Hut in Metairie. I did find a recently closed down shop by the lake.

thats crazy. i had the magnum xl theme body that most people get a chuckle out of. i did put my run on course 2 on hobbyzip.com i was number 57 and in amateur class. i got 7th
