Southern Nationals and RC Expo

I am sure everybody has heard about this event and I wanted to make sure everybody has the correct details. September 10-12, 2010, at the Ike Hamilton Expo Center in West Monroe, LA.
The main event will be the RC car racing. Classes include Pro Buggy & Truggy, Sportsman Buggy & Truggy, Stock CORR & Modified CORR, 4X4 Open CORR, 1/8 Scale Electric Buggy & Truggy. There will also be a "Dash for Cash" in the A-Main Pro Buggy and a Freestyle Competition.
The RC Expo will consist of RC Planes, Cars, Trucks, Rock Crawling and Flying Demos all weekend. We might have some full scale vehicles on display. HobbyTown USA will be the only hobby shop on site and is an event sponsor. Our media sponsor will be Rock 106 and we are working on many vendor and manufacturer sponsors.
For all the rock crawling guys, we have asked Corky to head up the crawling portion of this event. As the event gets closer we will post more detail and finalize some of the plans.
