thats gona be a nice area when your done. how tall are you going to stack the rocks in certain parts? you think tall enough for a short verticle climb?

Ran a pack threw it today some pretty good lines for just starting out lol.I plan having some g2gs someday when its complete.

Looks good, man! If you're limited on "real" rocks, but want more elevation - concrete chunks make a great base-layer, especially if you have enough rock to hide it. |

Thats the plan Shell.Its just hard trying to decide on the layout.I plan on goin get aleast one more load this week.Think Ima try to find some old concrete stack that then cover with rocks.

Dirt is also a great option. That would allow you to shape the piles more to your liking and allow you to partially bury the rocks for a more natural look

I guess you could also build wooden subframes to suport the rocks, you could build a prety good grade with something like that. Just something i thought of. Hopefully next year i will be able to build a scaler course in my back yard, well of the house i plan to buy next year. Maybe it will be as nice as yours oneday. Any update pictures? Done anymore to it? Water hazzard? lol. |

i used busted concrete from a torn up road... should be easy to find... and its free!
