New to crawling but I'm in Gonzales just south of B.R. I'm dying to see what this Creeper can do.

Well there are the rocks that we normally crawl on in West Monroe. Not sure the status of the artificial rock. Its typically set up in Hobby Town USA. The outside set up would be better IMO. The artificial stuff is cool, just less room.

The West Monroe rocks are still there. Most of the man portable rocks have been removed by somebody. There are still several good lines through them.

Too bad the rocks didn't end up at the shop. We could have made sure they would have stayed. They might not have been stolen, the parks director had told me they would relocate them if they were not moved.

Lets go ahead and call this a GTG and make it for Sat.Go ahead and make the drive if you are an out of towner.I went and checked on the rocks, there is not that many rocks missing. They just need some TLC.Some of the small rocks have been tossed around(probably by neighborhood kids)But other than that, they look fine.TC,come on and make the trip up.I will try to go do litter patrol this week. There is alot of paper and debris in the cracks and crevises, but there are also two huge dumpsters close by.Bring your scalers too, because we have a scaler course that Corky and Constantmotion built earlier this year.I will make it and Marvelous Marvin is in town and said he is in.Yall come on out and we will have a good time

Someone just took them? How does that leave the spot looking for an Ark/La/Miss comp?

There are still plenty of rocks.Just a few smaller ones "walked away".Aint nobody movin the BIG ones.Ill get by there today and take some pics.In fact,i was crawlin the other day and the city parks folks came out and put up a cable fence to keep people from driving across what used to be the track. On a side note, they informed me the rocks are still fine in that locatoin and they have no plans of moving them, nor do they want to.The folks i talked to(the tractor operator)said they are in a good spot and not going anywhere. Also,be on the lookout for a drivers stand, heh heh.It however is missing and contrary to what some people think, oops, what ONE person thinks.I DID NOT TAKE IT

Actually the old drivers stand was removed by the city. They cut it up and hauled it off. That was after the parks director stopped by the shop and asked if we wanted it. He also told me the rocks would eventually be relocated to Kiroli Park or the Restoration Park.

On another note, we are have our house sold and packing to move. Once that is over I will have to time to get started on a new track with a crawling area.
