Default East LA working w/ RS10xt

Whats up fellas?

Just ordered my first crawler today.
Completley new to the scale wheeling scene.

I have a 95 YJ with 4''Teraflex lift w/ revolver shackels, 33x12.50 MTs.

I decided to get a crawler to get my hillclimb fix anytime i want.
Also, hoping it will teach me a thing or two about real world situations you know.

Anyway, im just making myself known while i impatiently wait for my redcat!

Whereabouts are you in East LA? Welcome to the world of RC crawling. It's very addictive. We are always looking for other guys in the northern LA area to run with. Since it's not any rocks here, we like the scaling scene and need some new areas to run. Not too many around here. The RS10XT is definitely not the scaler type of rig...pretty far from it actually. I don't think that it'll handle any high speed power setup for hill climbing, if it's the hill climbing that I'm thinking of. The rig will definitely get you started and let you get your feet wet in the hobby.

I live in Ferriday, LA. Great home of Mickey Giley and Jerry Lee Lewis, WOOT WOOT!
Just kidding, this is a pretty small town.
Natchez, MS is only 10 miles east and it has some promising spots to crawl.
Yeah, i bought the redcat just to get my foot in the door, ya know.
I like the scaler side of rc crawling to.
I watched a video the other day of a rig that actually had Teraflex Revolver shackles and real leaf springs underneath!
It blows my mind how detailed some of those rigs can get.

What is the link to the schedule for that and is there a sportsman group? Got my creeper getting the fine tune right now and would be down to try a few comps!
