Default Crawl Spots on or Near the Seacoast in S ME / NH?

I'm looking for a spot to meet up with some friends from MA. We're hoping to find some good large rock crawling areas somewhere in the middle. Good enough to spend a day.

On a side bar, has anyone ever been down to Fort Park in Gloucester MA. I use to race bikes there and remember the rock point is huge! I can't find any references on the internet to people crawling there though.

Any suggestions for spots south would be greatly appreciated?

Thanks in advance!

I don't know of any but am definately going to keep my eyes open for local spots. I used to mountain bike a lot in the westbrook and Portland area and remember a lot of nice ledge, rocky sections of trail. I need to get out and check them out to see if they've been ruined by the pipeline going in or not. I had a blast at Bradbury but that seems like the closest "known" crawling spot and that's still 40 minutes away.

I'm in York...funny never really thought about The Nubble but would hate to take a tumble into the slimy lower rocks....but that whole section is rocky.

Shore drive from Ogunquit to Cape Neddick has great ledge but mostly private rich homes and closed off.

All along Rye beach NH is rocky but again not a huge fan of anything near salt.

I thought about Clifford park in Biddeford...that whole hill is one giant granite outcrop and there are some big ledges up top in the back...actually they used to quarry it back in the 1700"s. I used to do a lot of metal detecting in there years back and have detected all around the quarry...might have to go back and see.

Clifford Park, I used to ride bikes there. Never would have thought about it but there are some good rocks and trails there. Kennebunkport... I know a great rocky point there but I think the men in black suits wouldn't appreciate me driving my crawler around them.

Where I crawled is way before the black suits. There's plenty of it to crawl on.

South or North? To the South I can think of a long stretch where the road gets close to the water / bay.

Clifford Park in Biddeford has some great crawl spots available right off the parking lot and in the park some too.

A great little known spot is below Skelton Dam in the Dayton area.

Abbot Mountain in Shapleigh is pretty great too.

On Google the Rocks at Skelton Dam look insane. That must be an awesome area. It's on my radar for sure! Thanks!
