Question Rules? Points? Season?

Hey All ....

I assume you guys follow USRCCA rules? Also do you guy keep scores from your comp for the season? Will the 2009 season start in Jan 2009?

I don't mind making up a spreadsheet and keep track of the scores for the season and post up the standings.

See you guys on the 21st.... I better start practicing!

Thansk,
Steve

Sounds good to me.

I couldn't find the USRCCA website but I did find this.

I think the last comp was our first time following the rules, which we did for the most part. It looks like we were supposed to deduct a minute from Kane's time when he broke on the second course. I think this would have DNF'd him for that course. We were also pretty lax in calling out some of the points, but I think everyone had fun and that was what was important.

I think we still need to get a few more practice comps under our belts to get more familiar with the rules/processes before we establish a true season, tracking results, scheduled comps, etc

I think that would be better. Especially as I have never been in an actual comp before.

I think I finished that coarse with a 39. I would have been better off not finishing.

I think we need to do this a few more times and then start a series in the summer.

Sounds good to me. When we get together, let me know what everyone needs and we can work it out and get reconized!

I think we need to have a few more practice comps and start off fresh in 2009.
