I agree, 9am is a little too early. I just think we should start an hour or so earlier.

I would like to keep the start time at 1:00. Do we want to change it a few days before the event?

2 groups is easier but 3 would be faster.

also another thing to consider....
anyone that can, should car pool to kanes, his driveway is gonna be a mess with 20 people coming.
