Maryland Metals in Hagerstown has just about anything you need. Dunno how far you would want to go to get the stuff though. Maryland Metals # 301 739 5525 Hopewell Sheet Metal Mfg Inc # 301 582 3270 or 301 582 0116 Hopewell Manufacturing Inc # 301 582 2343 these two are right across the street from each other and you could also try a place in Baltimore if thats closer for you called Durret Sheppard Steel Inc # 800 888 8567 Hope that helps good luck BTW what are you guys building? 1/8 inch is pretty thick stuff. |

I am buying some 1/10th inch sheets next week. I have a guy I use for aluminum, but he doesnt do sales normally, only production. I can get a price for you on a 1/10th sheet if you want. maybe if we buy a few at the same time the price would be better. |

How big of a piece do ya need? Are you looking to buy a whole sheet, or just a scrap? Call Metlfab (off rt85 I think it's Omega drive) in Frederick and they may sell ya anything from a scrap to a full sheet - 90% of thier production is aluminum work. I see you'r in olney - what shop is this display going in? Last edited by Heavy Metal Doc; 03-20-2009 at 06:33 PM. |
