I bought a scxII just for this purpose. No real performance mods or over the top scale details. just a lexan shell I want to put some serious miles on this year.

I will be joining you guys for this. New SCX10ii build for trail runs should be ready (paint drying) lol. BigSki, if you need a loaner let me know and I'll bring something for you that isn't a Tamiya three speed, lol.

I'm considering one of these, just for that very basic purpose.

My build is finally complete. I'll be there tomorrow, and it'll be my first time RC crawling. Not new to RC or crawling however.

Hope it's not too late to take you up on the offer to run your back up truck. I've been scrambling most of the day to get my leaf spring scx-10 hybrid running again. I'm doubting that it will run for very long before breaking again, lol

Where's this parking lot located? I'm looking at Google maps, it's not helping me.

Me and my friends will be there around 10:30. We took the hangover thing a little too seriously.

Had a lot of fun. Rig will be fixed this week. I was the one that fell off the "cliff" new servo is on it's way along with gears to fix the existing servo. Only one of the metal gears was stripped.

I had a good time enjoying a fun trail ride, it was the longest that my rig had ever run without a break down ! It was great to catch up with some old friends and to see some really great rigs.
