Good to know! My work is only about 2.5 miles from there so I'll have to stop by soon.

Went to Wicked RC today at lunch. I was met by Gus (I'm assuming he's the owner). Gus told me that they had been open for just about a week now. They are in the process of getting lots of crawler specific parts and Gus said that they are going to be an authorized dealer for CKRC products.

They had a small crawling wall set up near the entrance. Gus showed me plans for a much larger crawling section that he said would be in place in about three weeks.

I happily made a small purchase of some Deans connectors and look forward to going back again. Having a crawler wall just a few miles from work is going to be huge this winter in helping to cure the wintertime blahs. Wifey's not going to be too pleased with having a shop so close by, but what can you do

Stopped by there today and checked it out, nice big shop, lots of parts. Gus is a nice guy and is seems pretty excited to start getting into crawling. He said he should be getting some berg axles in this week and is trying to get them to let him sell the kits. He also said they are going to double the size of the little carpet track they have by the spring. I really hope he makes it.

I was in again on Tuesday to pick up a new servo after the stock one on my AX10 RTC failed. I'm hooked up with a JR 8711 now. Way more better-er!

When I was there I was able to see that the crawler course is definitely taking shape, or at least the framing of it is. Oh, and more news, if you care about these things, is that Gus told me that Axial will be sponsoring crawling comps there. Thats pretty cool. I've never competed in crawling before but it could be fun, especially if a sportsman class is run (no budget = no 3rd channel = no dig = sportsman I guess :-P)

Does it look like its going to be good for the little MRC's?

Wicked is only about 20 minutes from my school in Boston and my house so if I can get in some solid crawling there I will be very happy. I am hoping it is actually a good comp course, and not one of those indoor tracks with only one challenging line and the rest you can just mob over.

Here are some pictures of the progress we've made so far, I think MRC's may have a bit of a hard time getting trough some of the stuff, especially the off camber sections. Let me know what you think.

I see an AMAZING picture! I am going to visit you guys real soon, maybe this upcoming thanksgiving break. I need a small ball end for my Losi Mini-T that you guys might have there but I am mostly going to check the place out.

You saying the MRC's will have a tough time through some parts is going to make me have to build a better comp rig to hopefully tackle everything the course has to offer...not much more to do except move to a brushless system.
