Lots of cool stuff you could climb around Westfield. I'm from there originally and still work there. Live in Brimfield now and have been building a backyard course with my son. Just got my first full sized crawler recently. Started with some micro crawlers and had to get a "real one".

Hey Tuskan welcome to western mass. I'm in chester about a 20 minute drive toward the sticks. Hope to get together with some locals this years for a couple of gtg's. Hosted a couple of small ones last year and had a blast.not a ton but there are a few local guys. Some great local spots for you. Stanley park being 1. They have a bike path to the right of the main parking lot that's got a great mix of everything. I'll be in touch when the dam snow goes away!!!

Sounds awesome. Will have my new kit in roughly a week. Will have a build thread possibly. Look forward to all this white crazy stuff to be gone!

Also, Skinner State park in Hadley is awesome, but the drive to the top doesn't open till late april or May. If you find any good spots in Westfield, or in between let us know!

In Westfield, check out Tekoa reservoir. Go up Montgomery road, take a left onto West road, then right onto reservoir road. Great spot for a trail run. Mud, rocks, stream crossings etc.

I used to be out in Otis a lot and I just thought of a place that might be pretty sweet. It's the AT&T line that goes through Otis. I used to ride quads on the trail. There are some awesome spots on it for scalers. The spot I used to go is off of 23 near the center of Otis. If you're coming from the center there's a street on the right and it's down there. Wish I was still out that way to bring my honcho down there.
