Seems like everyone mostly ran 2.2 comp class in the past. I started out running Sportsman, and there was only about three trucks at every comp, so I started running 2.2 comp. The scalers just kinda picked up after the Honcho came out last spring. A few of the guys that come up from Ohio bring 1.9 comp trucks to Camp twisted a few times. How do you run one truck in a 1.9 class....guess who wins, the only guy that ran. Seemed like when I got a crawler it was for fun, but the comp thing took over fast. At all the comps, it was always the same 10 to 12 guys and girl. This season, there's a lot of new faces....This makes it more fun, a 1.9 comp class could probably happen if everyone showed intrest. |
