Default Who's up for the scale dash/poker run at states?!?!?!

Rules will be fairly simple, but I am open for suggestions... One long course, $5 entry, winner takes all!!!
So we will make this a poker style run with 6 checkpoints, and whoever has the best hand at the end of the day wins! We will incorporate some sort of scale points as well... I will say this will be a long course with some rough terrain so no flip flops!!! Lol this should be a blast and will even the playing field for those of us with less fast rigs lol...

I will say that the rig should be somewhat scale 2.2's or 1.9's or whatever... I guess rules for this will be discussed and determined before that day, but I can't wait for this one!!

Who's in?

Suggestions? Helpers?

I'm in!!!!

Count me in. I'll have something that will fit the rules. Or break them.. LOL....

What you thinking, crawling/trail riding, something like we did down at Lee's?

I'm thinking an all out balls to the wall course... Fastest time wins. Maybe 2 heats then a final depending on how many enter.

There will be point deductions as well so I guess the fastest time may not win depending...:-)

I'm in. But why don't we do a poker run like we did down at ecc. The person with best hand wins so everybody will have a chance to win....

We know if we do fastest time, Farmer and his Wraith with the JET enging (AKA pro4 4000) will probly scream through the course. I like the poker idea.

I'm in, I like the poker run idea.

The only rules I would have is that you have to run scale tires and maybe have a selected number of scale accessories that you must start with and finish with on your truck.

Oh, and start twenty seconds apart........

I'm in!! I say poker run and the closest to a prescribed time wins, much more challenging to manage your time.

I like that idea Lee. Closest to finish in the prescribed time, penalized for sitting still too long, and a poker hand at the same time. Sweet idea..

Personally here's my thoughts, as an outsider whos Wraith will not be ready in time.

$5 to buy in...2 opportunities to win.

#1: Poker Hand 7 Card locations, best 5 card hand wins 50% of the pay in pot.

#2: Course is run 2 times, first time is you and your trucks baseline, the second time your goal is to run the exact same time as the first - like drag racing bracket style. The further you are from baseline the worse you'll do, either too fast or too slow. This prevents rocket engines and young/healthy from any advantage. Best to finish on exact time wins the other 50% of pot.

I think I'll actually have my wraith back together for more than a portion of a pack by then. I picked up new T8 motor the other day that may be replacing the pro4 that's in there. Still need to get it mounted though...

If I get it together and working by then I'll be in.

Still no front axle shafts for the berg so I'll have the XR to comp with.

My Wraith will be ready.. Just need to finish up the links and she will be ready for air time...
Can you say 4000 kv brushless. Now, do I get silly and put in the 3s pack or stick with 2s. Hmmmmmm....
With the test links in place, it will pick the front tires up and wheelie on the slick concrete in my basement.

I'll put $20 on your Wraith.
I used the axles from the FOFF.
If the drive shafts stay together it should be cool.
