MIRCA 2013 USRCCA Series

It's that time of year again, though this time Farmer used a calendar and hopefully other than large comps we won't have to move comp dates.

New rules/procedures:

• We will discuss the need for dues on the first comp. I know we'd all like to go back to no dues, but lets all vote on it in January.

• We will follow all 2012 (or 2013) USRCCA rules.

• We will run 2.2 comp at all events scheduled. Sportsman and 1.9 will be run if 4 people are running it that day (those running these classes may have to step up and judge/score and build courses).

• All Dates and locations are tentative, they may change based on scheduling of large events or weather issues. Please remember to check here before a comp to make sure things are still planned and as posted.

USRCCA Series Schedule: - Right now all locations past January are TBD, I'll change them once we get them lined up

• Saturday December 1st -Ben's Twisted Garage

• Saturday January 5th - Larry's Performance RC's

• Saturday January 19th - Larry's Performance RC's

• Saturday February 2nd - TBD (Ben's or Larry's)

• Saturday February 23rd - TBD (Ben's or Larry's)

• Saturday March 9th - TBD (Ben's or Larry's)

• Saturday March 30th - TBD (Ben's or Larry's)

• Sunday April 14th - (TBD - planned outdoor, backup Ben's or Larry's)

• Sunday April 28th - (TBD - planned outdoor, backup Ben's or Larry's)

• Sunday May 5th - TBD

• Sunday May 19th - TBD

• Sunday June 2nd - TBD

• Sunday June 23rd - Flint (Greg's) - We'd like this to be the State Champs as a fun way to end the series, plus get some good weather for the State Champs.

Series will be 13 comps, 2 drops. Scored the same way as last year for series points.

Summer Series will be handled by Twisted and MiRCa as a joint effort. Keep an eye out we'll work on that schedule as the winter progresses!

For sure, Dexter will be used. As far scale comps go we just need to post them up when it works for some of us that can handle the cold. I'm game

Looks like we hit Battle Grounds and ECC right on the head with 2 comps. Farmer and I will discuss ideas to move/change or whatever. If we can't decide, expect to help with voting on the 19th comp!

I was just wondering where exactly these locations are at??? i am still building my first crawler, but was wondering where you all meet up at. If it is within driving distance, i would like to come check it out.
