Kinda hard to see, but front shocks are on now, front end is done minus steering.

Some more done, slowly but surely.
Stretchin the interior tub. Still more to add.

Modded bench seat on left for rear seat, stock bench on right for front seat.

Hid the esc in the dash.
Removed it from the plastic case and bypassed the on/off switch.

Looking good so far.

How flexy is the stock model kit chassis?

Is there room for the servo up front?

Thanks guys.
The model chassis seems like it will perform fine, since this wont be a hardcore trail rig of any sort. Wont have room for a motor but after hiding the esc in the dash, ive got plenty of room to frame mount the servo and put the battery in there, maybe even a bigger lipo.

Gettin closer !!!

I got some more done tonight.
Worked on body and bed mounts.

As before, front axle is done, rear still needs done but now all body and bed mounts are finished.

And a peek inside the cab, tranny sittin down in there nice and snug. Seats still to go in, so yes they fit

Bought me a new Hitec HS55 tonight, somewhat smaller then the stock losi.

Rear is 4-linked, shocks still need installed.

Looking good, cannot wait to see the finished product. Are you going to paint it red like your 1:1 or just leave it all black?

Lol thanks guys.
It will be red like the 1:1 although the red might not match perfect, the black is testor spray that didnt go on worth a damn so ill never buy it again.

Gonna finish sanding with 400 grit and get the red on tonight maybe.
