| Nice update from the first version have you tried the first version? other than the option of the tuber body all I remember being changed was the ESC. Do you happen to know what else changed or have an opinion on the improvements from the first? |

price is about $150 ish on ebay with the radio..same as the losi micro size is about in between the losi micro and mini as far as parts its not hard to find at all. nearly every retailer that carries them sells spare parts and upgrades as well as ebay. Ebay always has tons of MiniQlo parts some local hobby shops even carry these | |

It doesn't look like there's any difference between the original Miniqlo and the new tuber. I bought the original here in Japan, and just picked up the tuber body/chassis for it last week. Plus points: The tube chassis/body only cost about 8 dollars! Upgrading this thing is addictive because each upgrade is so cheap. Minus: Like the article says, space is very limited. Micros don't have much room, tubers are notorious for being small, it all compounds here. I've got 4ws in mine, but the extra wiring and the servo reversing pot take up so much space that I may go back to 2ws. Living in Japan, parts are no problem. I like the fact that Yokomo has come out with a full range of affordable hopups for it. -val |
