Default Are these tires at all useful for a Losi Micro Scale build?

Found these tires/wheels on ebay, was just wondering if they would be of any use in a Scale Micro build?

Says they are bead-locks, but may just be imitation.

I have 2 sets of those, they're actually made for static model customization. They're not real soft, but they ain't rock-hard either. No, they are not real beadlocks.

I have yet to actually run them, but comparing the durometer to a set of Aoshima Super Swampers I have run extensively on another Micro I think they'll be ok. There's going to be a looks-to-performance trade-off with these but they should still perform half decent. They're about 1/4" smaller than stock Micro Claws so they fit the 1:24th Jeep bodies better. Other bodies they may still be too big for.

I'll vouch for the seller, I've ordered from him on several occaisions and have always gotten excellent service...

You might be better off ordering a set of Paul's urethane tires, they're cast from those same tires but offer more grip.
